What is the average height of a freight train and a freight rail tunnel by train?

Assuming that the train and the tunnel is in the U.S., no matter what state. I just need a logic, height and average width of a freight train, and the height and width of a train tunnel semi-elliptical, which would be large enough for the train to pass above.
