Who would you pick to train you? Emmanuel Steward, Freddie Roach or Teddy Atlas?

Who and why?

Either Emanuel Steward or Teddy Atlas. This is a tough call. Teddy is a very, very underrated trainer. He’s one of the top five of all time easily, but so is Emanuel Steward. I’d probably pick Emanuel just by a hair, the only reason being is that he’s got a better list of fighters he’s worked with. Teddy is old school and I don’t see my self keeping up with his work rate demand. I’ve talked to Teddy in email before and he was nice enough to take time out of his day to answer my questions about head movement and defense for the peek-a-boo style, and he replied formally with a page of top-notch information. But as I said, it’s a tough call, but I think I’d pick Emanuel because he has worked with more fighters, and Teddy is known to be too demanding (which isn’t a bad thing). But then again, I’m suited for the peek-a-boo style and Teddy worked with Cus D’Amato and knows that style inside and out. I’d say style-wise I’d want Teddy training me, but exercise-wise I’d want Emanuel.
