What is weight training?

To prepare soldiers for service and preparation for combat or for any other activity that requires strength and power.

Where I do my weight training?

You can train in a gym, health club or gym or at home. Some workplaces installation training gyms and holiday villages many of them also have at least basic equipment. Some people prefer to train at home with their own weight and equipment. You will find advantages and disadvantages of each method.

Others, like outdoor activities and take portable equipment such as resistance bands and tubing parks and fields.

What equipment do I need to start weight training?

At least you need a solid pair of shoes with non-slip soles, a water bottle, a towel and appropriate clothing. Training for a house, starting a team could include bank adjustment weights to different exercises, weights – perhaps only two or three different weights, an adjustable step to enhance aerobic exercise or yoga mat floor exercises and a fitness ball, an inflatable balloon in a variety of physical exercises can be performed.

Using your own body to get muscles is a substantial part of weight training. A plate is a good example of using one's own body weight to build muscle in the arm and chest. Chinups and situps are other examples.

What equipment is available at gyms and fitness centers?

Gyms usually have a combination of weights free, machines, chairs, benches, balls and bands. Free weights tend to be used in a room or area separate from machinery and other equipment, but not always. Depends on the club.
