Station Instructions

I am looking for instructions for an art that I saw on a news station last week?

One lady made flowers using butter cookies (the ones with holes in the center), gumdrops and used straw stems. I'm not sure how he keeps the cookie from the chaff without crashing, because the hole in the cookie is too big. Did anyone see on television? Please help!
