How would you rate your own overall health on a scale of 1-10 at this time (10 points was highest, 1 being lowest)?

Them I can say personally after training with more than a thousand people the average is between 4-6. The bottom of the results that people with aches, pains, weight or other problems, running through the upper grades they gave answers like, "I used to be very convenient, but then I just got a little lazy," or "I know I must do something for the pain of this (/ fat / headache, etc) but never have time.

Above all, being overweight and unfit are the major culprits that can open the door to many other conditions and diseases. According to a report by the Royal College of Physicians, the Faculty Public Health and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health more than half the UK population are overweight or obese (with a body mass index over 30), broken down by 70% of men and 63% of women.

Currently, one in 5 adults and one in 20 children under 16 years are obese and if current trends continue it is estimated that at least one third of adults and children will be obese by 2020 – and these figures are more or less similar in other countries developed or developing countries worldwide. I'm not writing this merely to shock you, but to impress you the absolute importance of keeping your body in such good shape as possible.

People come to me in training to help them create a great business plan to advance in any area of your life, to revive their motivation in a project. However, the strongest foundation for any of it is to be as healthy as possible. In creating a plan for healthy living be in optimal health, is the surest way to achieve that success. Most experts believe there are 4 basic areas for better quality health care.

* Belief systems.
* Food and eating habits.
* Exercise.
* Support.

Belief systems.
Simply what happens in your head and you believe what you do with your life. That's wonderful, if all is well. However, if something is not as you want, whether health, career, finances, , Etc, one of the first areas to look at the beliefs, because what you think in general, create.

Food and eating habits.
That already know! There has been much information on nutrition, diet, weight loss, weight loss, optimal health and similar research, unless you have been living on Pluto in the last decades you must have been aware of at least part of it. What these articles do not address however, is what might be appropriate for you. Everyone is different, we all enjoy, and dislike different things. Therefore, taking an individual approach, one that works for you, is the key to achieving the success.

Exercise.
The exercise should be tailored to your own body, age and lifestyle. It's like saying that "everybody likes ice cream" Certainly, some people, but even with those, some people like chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.

Exercise can be much more than going to the gym. If you have a fabulous gym near you that fires the imagination, then that's great. But if not, then ask, "what would be a fun way for me to increase my energy? A couple of my friends bought inline skates, and go riding around the park Sunday. Another rent a bike and take a day trip to the country.

What would it be for you, because if you do find the fun in exercise is the only area that will affect everyone else?

Support.
This does not mean that someone is doing all the work for you. It means that if you do not have the support of your partner or your best friend can not do, and certainly not to say that if you can not afford a personal trainer or nutritionist, better health and fitness are impossible.

What it means is that you can begin today to support himself better and more systematic. Do whatever you need to do to take ownership of their own welfare and begin the journey to better, more vibrant health for you.
