How to build a power box for my model railroad?

I'm building a model railroad, and realized no monitoring plan include terminal sections. I add so I can subdivide my block design. I had an idea that could build electrical boxes are often found to side rails to cover the terminal area. I have not found anything about this in the Internet. If you know of a website, or have had this idea and built it yourself you could since the website or its assembly instructions. Must be in HO scale.

From your question I think you refer to "strips" like a piece of circuit especially with the power cables connected. There are at least 3 Yahoo groups that I know working with model trains in HO scale. I N-scale model, so do not know which of these groups would be best.
