If the furnace is electric why is the gas bill high?

I have an empty house in Utah, built in 2001, and all running is the oven that is electric. The house is 3800 square feet and the only thing in the oven is set at 55 degrees. No appliances in the home with the exception of a refrigerator and a gas stove. Why the gas bill for an empty house at $ 160 when all is running the oven, but it is electric? Thanks in advance. I'm not sure if the heater is on and whether it is gas or electric. However, I turned off my water service, so they have no water. My account electricity is $ 95 for 1109 kilowatt hours for this month and gas $ 160. If my stove is electric forced air why would so use both in the gas when?
