Diesel engines?

I wonder what could ruin a diesel truck? I say this because my engine will not turn over I think it is gone, but some tips may help.

If the engine does not start (the starter motor does not work), the first thing to check is that you have a good battery and the battery cables have been removed and cleaned with a wire brush. Have your battery at the auto shop. A fully charged battery should read at least 12.5 volts on a digital multimeter (DMM) after the loading surface is purged. If the engine is spinning (starting), then you may have some bad glow plugs (such as spark plugs) that the bottles are heated so that the fuel ignited.
