Drug trafficking outside of a car body shop? What now?

My boyfriend had a body shop remove its 67 Mustang and had already paid for the assembly and the paint job and a new engine. Body Shop owners and workers have been arrested because it was drug out of it, The Body Shop was just a cover. It is held between 6 and 8 great now. is all that money lost or is there any way to recover anything???

You can always sue. The govy probably has taken over all assets and accounts audited though.
